Patios & Paving
Porcelain and natural-stone patios laid dead level, on a base built to last — a proper outdoor room, not just a slab.
Paving is where our landscaping and building sides meet. We dig out and lay a solid, well-drained base, set porcelain or natural stone to consistent joints and falls, and finish the edges and steps neatly. It's the work our photos show most — patios that still sit true years later.

Driveways
Block-paved, resin and gravel driveways across Surrey — dug out properly, drained and built to take real traffic.
A driveway lives or dies on the groundwork underneath it. We excavate to the right depth, sort the sub-base and drainage, and lay block paving, resin or gravel to a clean, hard-wearing finish that lifts the whole front of the house.

Brickwork
Garden walls, retaining walls and structural brickwork — our named specialism, laid to a very high standard.
Brickwork and paving are what Creations is known for. From garden and boundary walls to retaining walls and structural work tied into a build, we match brick and mortar carefully and lay to clean, consistent courses that look right and stand up.

Extensions
Single and multi-storey home extensions, managed from planning permission through to completion.
We take extensions the whole way — from helping with planning permission and drawings to groundwork, structure and finish. As the firm running the job we coordinate every trade, keep you updated as it moves, and hand back a space that feels part of the original house.

Loft Conversions
Unused lofts turned into proper rooms — bedrooms, studies and en-suites, structure and finish handled end to end.
From structural steels and roof carpentry to insulation, rooflights, stairs and the finished decoration, we handle loft conversions from start to finish — adding a room without adding to your footprint.

Fencing
Fencing and boundaries installed to sit square and hold — posts set properly, not just knocked in.
New fence lines, replacement panels and boundary work, set on posts concreted in to stay upright through a Surrey winter. Fencing pairs naturally with our patio and driveway work when we're reshaping a whole garden.

Conservatories
Conservatories built from the base up — a bright, usable room that ties into the house and the garden.
We build the base, brickwork and structure and bring in the glazing, so the conservatory is warm, dry and properly connected to both the house and the patio it opens onto — not a bolt-on that's cold half the year.

Garage Conversions
Underused garages converted into living space — an extra room without the cost of building out.
Converting a garage is one of the most cost-effective ways to gain a room. We insulate, alter the openings, and finish it to match the rest of the house, so it reads as a proper room rather than a converted garage.
